“We had a few issues on arrival with the room, but the management team made things right for us the following day. We were very happy with the room facing out onto the Savannah river. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Based on our experience we would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on our next trip”

“Great property for pets, only a few steps from a great park for bathroom trips for pups. Have stayed here several times. It is near all the good places and love that you get a free drink per night to make up for the city fee. The bar here is great. You won't be disappointed. The only thing we did not like, is they did not have the ability to cast to the TV if you are trying to watch football in your room and they did not have the channel (we were looking for SEC network). ”

“The property has everything-restaurants, bar, golf, pool, fitness center and a free ferry back and forth across the river. They offer fresh baked cookies in the afternoon and ice cream in the evening in the lobby. There are places to sit outside by the river with a fire pit and games. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back. ”

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“Everything about the Azalea Inn was wonderful. The inn itself is beautiful and full of history, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Ask for their recommendations about what to see and do. The breakfast and snack times were fun and delicious too. Hoping to come back here in the future!”
