“Very comfortable room with a lovely enamel bath. Staff all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Our only problem was lack of WiFi in room one. Also being the room that everybody stops outside to open the next door it is a bit noisy which set our dog off barking in the late evening. ”

“The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. “The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children.”

“Had a lovely stay at Leworthy Farmhouse, Neil and Kirsty are wonderful hosts. Very family and couple friendly. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been all around the world. Quality produce and locally sourced, the portions were very generous and there was lots of choice. It’s in a peaceful location and once you drive out you have the choice to go into Devon or drive further into Cornwall. Highly recommend this little gem of a place, it’s like home from home. ”

“This is a quaint little place, convenient for a quick no frills overnight stay. The car park had travelling contractors vans in it in the early evening and all gone before breakfast that starts at 8am. Breakfast is prepared to order, cereal and full English that was very nice.”

“Great place for 4 to stay in Cornwall. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean, beds are as advertised. The villlage is this nice little place around a huge sandy beach, which you can reach by foot from anywhere in the village. All in all, we really liked this place. ”

“This was our first stay at a B&B and were amazed at how great the experience was. Ian was an excellent host, looked after us very well. The room was very spacious and quite roomy , also having access to a lounge area as well. We cannot recommend Edens Rest highly enough. We would not hesitate to recommend Edens rest, or to stay again ourselves 10/10 for us . David and Wendy”
