“Bene, come previsto e normale in un hotel 5 stelle a conduzione internazionale. Unica eccezione la reception, con personale che praticamente non parla inglese e la assoluta mancanza di mappe locali.”

“It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. ”

“Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. Fungus on the shower curtain, and the hotel needs maintanance, but overall great. Chinese beds, and if you can, as almost all budget hotels, bring your own router, as wifi is low. “Very quiet place”

“Location was completely wrong indicated at the Expedia page. Outside of town in a forest area. You need a taxi as no bus line is available near the hotel.”
