“Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Having said that, the blackout curtain for our window was basically shredded and let in so much light it was like sleeping during the day. We had a horrible 3-light lot light that pointed directly at our window. When I mentioned the problem to the desk the next morning, he said he knew about and they were going to replace it. Of course, that didn't help our rest.”
