“It’s a very top 5 star hotel in the location. I almost stay here every time I come. Very good except this time when I checked in, I was assigned a room with no espresso coffee Machine. But they correct it as soon as I asked.”

“Very good hotel. Room very big , silence and clean as well as the bathroom . Nice sauna and swimmjng pool ( but only indoor ) . Very good breakfast ( you can have a complete meal ) but no much sweet food . Location excellent . Just in front of mtr station and always taxi out of the main entrance . Many restaurants and shops in the area including a 7/11 convinient store just beside . Very nice , professional and helpful hotel staff. ”

“I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with my specific requests. “Comfortable hotel close to Main Station. A nice solution for the people who want to choose a nice hotel almost connected to M3 exit of Taipei Station subway. The room was clean and quite big, very clean and comfortable if the fornitura are a little bit aged. Gym is quite good. Staff was very polite. ”

“It’s always a pleasure to stay there and the staffs are nice as usual. Location is convenience. the only concern was the room smells a bit musty guess because the typical summer weather of Taiwan and typhoon situation . Overall, it’s good and will come back again !”

“We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. ”
