“This is a really disappointing property on many levels. It is more of marriot mid-tier brand masquerading as luxury. It was a bit rundown generally, bathrooms have lime / calcium build up, wallpaper peeling, scuffed walls, door jams, etc. The spaces and layout is bizarre - so much dead space that looks like it’s for banquets, but visible wherever you are walking, rooms appear unfinished from a decorative perspective or lacking vision. The staff is not overly friendly. It is not very clean,...

“The property was amazing, lots of onsite activities (swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, BBQ etc.). All were fun and fully functional. We had no issues with the property at all. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. House was clean and felt like home away from home. Very family friendly space, the kids loved it and want to go back. Check in was easy and so was check out.”

“I really liked that someone met you at the property and went over things with you, that was a nice personal touch! The house was really clean, smelled really good and was well stocked with everything you'd need. Would for sure recommend this rental.”

“We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...
