“First, this is definitely NOT a five star resort. Maybe 3.5 or 4 stars, but that is it. The facilities are getting very dated…we had holes in our walls, and the quality of the villas just wasn’t very good. The game room had broken pool table, only one pool cue, and there were no darts for the dart board.
The majority of the restaurants were closed, which left us with the only options of a buffet, or Spanish restaurant for dinner. There is a bar, which stops serving food at 6pm…inconvenient...

“Rooms are old and dirty, and clearly weren’t cleaned before arrival. We found dirt under the furniture and even someone’s old underwear under a cabinet at check-in. The toilets stank. Housekeeping didn’t vacuum either — chip crumbs from day one were still there on our last day. I tipped generously every day hoping for better, but nothing changed.
