“A great stay with special mention of Rowan on reception for a great welcome and check in experience and also to the lady in Tir a Mor (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) who greeted us upon arrival at breakfast each morning and surprisingly remembered our coffee orders and what we enjoyed most from the buffet the day before. Such attention to detail and service is rare, thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“During the past week I have had two stays at this hotel. The first as a loan lady traveller and the second with my husband.
On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. I spoke to the lovely Rhys on reception who was really kind and understanding. He did his very best for me, contact Kate the Manager and sorting me out with one that was exceptional, definitely...

“We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!”

“Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need.
Surprised there was no air-conditioning in what looks like a new ish building.
Thanks again, this will be our go to place when we ever visit Swansea. ”
