“We sat outside in the car for more than 20 minutes, tried to contact the host, before we got a message from them saying we were being "relocated" and to talk to Expedia, who wasn't able to help. All in all, that was an hour of my life I'll never get back, which could have been prevented if the host had taken a minute to let us know ahead of time that the place was no longer available. Plus the backyard was littered with mildewing debris.”

“I was there for 5 nights and the staff was great but they don't freshen your room so I had dirty towels and trash on the floor and I had to ask for clean towwls”

“Stayed here to attend a show at the Tacoma Dome and the distance was pretty good. We got a non-smoking bedroom but it still smelled a bit like smoke. I would definitely take an air freshener next time. It was not a terrible stay but it could have been a bit cleaner for my liking. ”

“Could not check in without being told by police to go elsewhere. My husband was flagged by a patrolling police officer in the parking lot and questioned if we were staying here. We will highly advised this was not a good motel to stay at and go elsewhere. The officer said it was very unsafe due to shady ongoing incidents at this place. “It was an unexpected trip for a family emergency and looking for the cheapest hotel. The wifi did not work and the overall cleanliness was lacking.”

“The room was okay cleanliness wise but the sheet had a burn hole, there was hair stuck to the shower wall, the toilet paper was half gone and rerolled poorly. The AC/Heater needed a new filter it also didn't want to heat up until we set it to almost 80. The seal around it was coming off letting air and small critters from outside in. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold there was no in between. There were 2 sets of pillows. 1 set was completely deflated and the 2nd was big and puffy and...
