“Rooms and Lobby are a bit dated. King size bed felt more like a large queen yet extremely comfortable. Quiet for the most part, ”

“We sat outside in the car for more than 20 minutes, tried to contact the host, before we got a message from them saying we were being "relocated" and to talk to Expedia, who wasn't able to help. All in all, that was an hour of my life I'll never get back, which could have been prevented if the host had taken a minute to let us know ahead of time that the place was no longer available. Plus the backyard was littered with mildewing debris.”

“Room was ok but we had an awkward person who was not staying at the hotel try and join us at the bar. Completely awkward and disappointing. ”

“Food variety for all meals was excellent, as was the amount of food. Being a senior, it would be great for a menu offering a smaller portion of food. ”

“I was there for 5 nights and the staff was great but they don't freshen your room so I had dirty towels and trash on the floor and I had to ask for clean towwls”

“Great location, hotel condition overall. Our only issue was the internet connectivity was bad. Our phones and laptops kept locking up and glitching. We have newer phones, xfinity service and newer laptops which are up to date so the issues were not in our end. If your at this hotel with important internet connectivity requirements you may want to consider this.”

“Was placed next to an ADA room, there was a screaming child all night. I had ear plugs in, the fan going, and white noise playing. Had to call the front desk twice and asked to be moved. They stated there was not an open room available. The sound between the rooms was absolutely terrible.”

“Delicious breakfast with lots of options, wonderfully friendly & accommodating staff. A very relaxing & comfortable stay. Absolutely my new go-to when I travel to the Harbor!”

“Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear.”

“Nice, modern hotel convenient to Lakewood and Tacoma. Breakfast was okay, but not the best I've seen at a Comfort Inn. Staff was nice and helpful. ”

“Stayed here to attend a show at the Tacoma Dome and the distance was pretty good. We got a non-smoking bedroom but it still smelled a bit like smoke. I would definitely take an air freshener next time. It was not a terrible stay but it could have been a bit cleaner for my liking. ”
