“Clean and staff are accommodating.”

“Staff were very welcoming, room was a nice size and clean, dessert was very tasty! All in all pretty good. Shuttle driver was caught in traffic and arrived 20 minutes late and dropped us off in the wrong place. Luckily we had enough time to make our flight. A bit frustrating when our stay had been great!!”

“The room was super clean and check in was so easy and fast and efficient. Everything was excellent. I extended my stay and that also was very easy and accomodating. As far as the housekeeping it wasnt really done when i requested it wasnt done when i had left the room. The housekeeping woman came a few hours later and just dropped off towels and sheets. Thats the only flaw they lacked during my stay. ”

“Ottima struttura ma al momento del check-in mi è stato addebitato un importo maggiore rispetto al quello della prenotazione con Hotelcom. Lo staff della reception non è stato in grado di spiegare la problematica né a risolverla. Ho inviato un reclamo alla struttura tramite Hotelcom”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating my daughter and I went there for her birthday so she could plane spot and they got us the best possible room for her to get pictures of planes landing and taking off from the airport”
