“Parking was easy and secure. Location was good. The facilities were minimal and furnishings aged. The lighting was not good with kitchen, dining and lounge lights all on one switch. All on, or none. ”

Rooms are great with modern bathrooms--they actually have room by sink for you toilteries--so tired of modent minimalist designs that don't work. The main corridors are due for carpet, and the TV selection was.....minimal”

“Hotel distante dal centro. E' necessario un pullman per raggiungerlo , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento. Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Quiet , clean and friendly staff . Didn’t have housekeeping during my stay so would have appreciated a way to swap towels by putting them in a bag and getting a replacement set when needed . This is what they do in Japan . Also had to keep asking reception for my tea bags . Again a way to do this with a replenishment set each day would be helpful . Lots of construction in area due to light rail extension meant alot of roads and paths were shut which was annoying at times cos you had to keep...
