“I loved this hotel, it was very clean, and quiet. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful with my questions. If I come back to Pittsburgh I will stay there for sure!”

“Wow, what an ideal location smack dab in the middle of everything: riverfront with barge and recreational boats plus steamboat activity, inclined plane going up and down the mountain, above ground subway, and trains passing regularly. Restaurants galore within walking distance. We strolled across the bridge to see even more restaurants and entertainment on the north shore of the city. Pittsburgh has cleaned itself up nicely and is well worth a visit, so put it on your list. Didn’t like...

“Everything was great, with one mishap, I found a pair of men’s underwear under the desk. So it told me the room was not cleaned as well as it should have been, I then started questioning everything!”

“Air in the room set to 68, and two water bottles in the room upon arrival. Was very seamless process valet was very curtious and helped with bags. We were very pleased with the entire experience! ”

“Absolutely great service with the front desk accommodating a couple requests for me. The valet guys were especially customer oriented, having my car ready in advance for each time I needed it. Plus, it’s a beautiful hotel, as you would expect from Fairmont.”

“Everything was wonderful except they hold an extra 100 when u arrive on your card for incidentals. But there is nothing here lol. And they dont tell you that until u arrive ”
