Also, it was disappointing to learn that without Hilton membership, no refund or compensation could be offered.”

We put up with it for about an hour before calling the front desk 4-5 times to get it addressed before the front desk said they would go out and see what's going on "themselves" about 3:30am when it finally stopped.
