“The property is very clean with spotless floors & carpets, and not a speck of litter. Staff are friendly and smart. For shopping this is the best area of Phoenix. I walked to Nordstrom, Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree, Savers, and Arrowhead Mall. There is a hiking/biking trail with spectacular scenery that you can access by walking south about 1/3 mile from 75th and Bell. Parking is easy. “The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful.
