“Nothing much to see really its a Victorian building with lots of rooms. The shower was just a trickle. Didn't get a good night's sleep as the washing machine was on all night. And traffic noise. Ok for one night i suppose.”

There was nobody there at the property to welcome us, nor was there anyone to ask for anything like toilet rolls or extra pillows and there wasn’t a floor mat for stepping out of shower. As my husband is elderly he didn’t have a shower in case he slipped on the floor. “Può capitare che ti trovi a Manchester nel bel mezzo di un weekend zeppo di eventi. Alberghi in città a prezzi da capogiro, scelgo il meno caro, tre notti senza colazione a venti minuti di tram dal centro, zona Sale. Albergo su due piani senza ascensore ma con scale con gradoni. “We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. “We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester.”
