“The apartment was nice, in a nice area with plenty of on street parking. Was very pleasant staying there.”

“Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience ”

“On arrival you are greeted by the host who is very friendly and professional. The apartment itself is immaculate and fully kitted out with everything you could need for your stay surrounding area has many things to do and he’s very close to the Metro link whenever I’m in this area I always try and book this property as it is so convenient and private”

“It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. The toilet was a little cramped between the wall and the shower but otherwise the bathroom was fine. The room heating worked well. The room was cozy with carpeting and a...
