“Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. “Struttura nuovissima gestita in maniera impeccabile. Il servizio di ristorazione è di primissimo livello. La pulizia dei luoghi comuni e delle stanze è curata nei minimi dettagli. Ha una SPA non esageratamente grande, ma fornita di tutto quanto necessita. Raggiungibile con la metropolitana di superficie che ha la fermata a circa 200/300 metri. Insomma, nulla da eccepire a questa steuttura”

Only fan can not be acceptable with this hot weather where the fan blow only hot air. I did not enjoy my 2night stay, it was just too hot.”

“L"hotel molto antico e poco manutenzionato, il sabato è la domenica nn c"e nessuno ti dicono che se serve qualcosa di chiedere al pub ma. In realtà nn sanno nulla.. Io avevo bisogno dell"asciugacapelli(assente in camera) ho dovuto aspettare lunedi per averlo, la camera carina e caratteristica ma poco pulita... I cucchiaini e le mug del tè erano luridi, il cibo ottimo, la colazione abbondante ma poca scelta sia per chi nn vuole fare la tipica inglese sia per i bambini. ”
