“La camera non era male ma ogni mattina dovevi andare a chiedere se ti potevano pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani, il problema è che non puliscono più di tanto, lasciano il letto da rifare e gli asciugamani sporchi e usati te li lasciano in camera, non mi è piaciuta la colazione purché non era niente di ché c'era poca roba e alle 7 del mattino non c'era quasi già nulla e non facevano rifornimento”

“Our stay was only for one night but it was pleasant. Our room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet. The only minus in our room was no biscuits on the tea/coffee tray:-( Parking was not a problem on site. All in all would recommend and we will definitely use it again when visiting family in the area.”

“Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. “Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!”

“The location is perfect for my purpose but the fact that the air conditioner is not working in my room and many other rooms in this boiling weather was very bad. Only fan can not be acceptable with this hot weather where the fan blow only hot air. I did not enjoy my 2night stay, it was just too hot.”

“Struttura nuovissima gestita in maniera impeccabile. Il servizio di ristorazione è di primissimo livello. La pulizia dei luoghi comuni e delle stanze è curata nei minimi dettagli. Ha una SPA non esageratamente grande, ma fornita di tutto quanto necessita. Raggiungibile con la metropolitana di superficie che ha la fermata a circa 200/300 metri. Io avevo bisogno dell"asciugacapelli(assente in camera) ho dovuto aspettare lunedi per averlo, la camera carina e caratteristica ma poco pulita... I cucchiaini e le mug del tè erano luridi, il cibo ottimo, la colazione abbondante ma poca scelta sia per chi nn vuole fare la tipica inglese sia per i bambini. ”
