“La camera non era male ma ogni mattina dovevi andare a chiedere se ti potevano pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani, il problema è che non puliscono più di tanto, lasciano il letto da rifare e gli asciugamani sporchi e usati te li lasciano in camera, non mi è piaciuta la colazione purché non era niente di ché c'era poca roba e alle 7 del mattino non c'era quasi già nulla e non facevano rifornimento”

“Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. “We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure....
