Modern and convenient home with ample amenities
Modern, spacious & air-conditioned home only 2km from CBD. Quiet street within a central & convenient suburb.
Dog-friendly (no cats unfortunately).
Perfect for a group/family getaway or something comfortable for a work trip.
2 bedrooms but accommodates a max. of 6 guests.
On the cusp of the CBD parklands & a 15-min drive to the Adelaide Hills. Great restaurants, pubs & supermarkets all within a couple of hundred metres.
Flexibility with check in/out times depending incoming/outgoing guests.
Pet friendly space. Laundry contains a doggy door for small dogs. Nice sized yard with grass area and side gate so the dogs are secure in the yard.
Two upstairs bedrooms but has ample space accommodating additional guests on the downstairs sofa bed separated from the living area.
The house is spacious, comfortable and modern with a large living area including a 5-seater couch and 75" smart TV with the full suite of streaming services.
Plenty of outdoor space for entertaining including outdoor table, chairs and barbeque.
Bedrooms located upstairs and living downstairs.
MASTER BEDOOM
Comfortable king bed and bedding, ensuite and walk-in-robe.
SECOND BEDROOM
Comfortable king bed and bedding which can be split into two king singles if preferred. Separate upstairs bathroom which can be allocated to second bedroom.
SOFABED
Queen sofa bed downstairs to accommodate additional guests. Sofa bed located in separate room from living area.
Guests will have access to the entire house except a small shed at the back of the house and a small indoor cupboard which stores cleaning goods and spare linen.
Simple electronic passcode entry so guests don’t have to worry about misplacing keys and for flexibility of check in/out time.
Flexibility with check in and check out times depending in check in or check out of other bookings. Please ask and we can try and accommodate for you.
