“The staff was outstanding, at the registration desk, at the Bevy restaurant for breakfast, and at the Brown Swan for dinner. We will be going back for sure.”

“We stayed at Friends Lake Inn hoping for a relaxing getaway, but this visit was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the hotel was completely empty — no staff at the front desk, no note or key left for us, and no response to calls or texts. After waiting, we had no choice but to find and check ourselves into an unoccupied room. Additionally, none of the usual amenities were available: the restaurant and bar were not operating. The next morning, a staff member admitted they had “forgotten” to leave...

“Leslie was very welcoming, the cabin was very well furnished in a spare, beautiful way. The view of the mountains from the bed was a real treat, as was the deep Japanese hot tub.”

“Actually, the hot tub was subpar. There were no real jets--the motor seems to just create a lot of splashing. ”

“Cabin was cozy and great, I wouldn’t really say pet friendly, pets are aloud but 500 fee if they happen to jump on furniture due to allergies of other guest, maybe just list as not pet friendly instead. We even left our dog behind due to the strict pet rules. Other than that stay was great cabin was nice. ”
