“i’m not a reviewer, i usually am okay staying anywhere as long as i can shower and sleep. it was cheap and allowed my dog to stay with me which is what i needed as i drove back home and needed to rest. i saw previous reviews and thought it couldn’t be that bad, let me tell you it’s that bad and worse. this hotel should probably not even be open or needs a MAJOR renovation. lobby area isn’t horrible looking, once i took the elevator and got to the second floor i knew it was going to be bad. the...

“Pool was under construction. One side of the room the outlets didn't work and it was both room. Informed the front desk first day and it never got fixed. The carpets had stains and wet spots. The did fix the drainage in one of the rooms for the sink.”

“Staff was beyond friendly and super accommodating. I will say though the location was under construction, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear them fixing and moving furniture very early upstairs. And the whole hotel looked like it was getting renovations. AC units are extremely loud. I think if the hotel offered discounts during this time it would get a better rating from me since the staff were very nice!”

“It was our first time in El Paso, Texas. We traveled to the BTS concert, we were happy to have a room, property felt clean, walkable, plenty of shopping centers, nearby,. Pros: the area as a whole felt safe, and we were able to walk to Walmart and plenty of other restaurants nearby and Uber was available at all times. Cons: our room was not clean and up to par. “The staff at the desk were very helpful and polite. Our only dislike was that the hot tub was cold. We were really looking forward to a nice evening relaxing in the hot tub. The property was clean and well kept.”
