“I witnessed a lot, and I stay here frequently when I travel to the Chicago area. People on the top floor are smoking with the windows open. CRACKHEADS walking in and out of the side doors. Lots of men standing around the side entrance doors smoking weed (I respect them doing it outside more than their rooms but move away from the entrance door at least). The elevator was trashy. The room had the air and heat unit controlled with a thermostat that did not allw for just the dan to run we tried to have the ac on with a higher temp and it would not work. Set at 69 the air blowing out was so cold you froze. My mom has breathing issues and the room got very stuffy so she did not get good rest before our flight.
