Hotel vicino a African American Cultural Complex - Raleigh

“The room was clean,the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was excellent and air conditioning was extremely cold. I would definitely stay at thus location again. Not to mention the breakfast was outstanding.”

“Out of order, out of order, out of order. Everything was out of order. Ice machines, breakfast bar, office room computer, elevator, heck even the ATM in the lobby. The vending machines had signs up on them warning that hotel management does not give refunds as they dont own them, which is normally true, but the fact every machine had the warning makes me wonder how many time people got ripped off. Normally I try to find something nice to say, to layer in but this hotel needs to stop trying....

“Red roof inns can be hit or miss. But dog owners love them because of their pet policy. I have stayed at 100 Red Roof Inns. I can count the ones that I would stay again on one hand. This one was clean and had a comfy bed. The tv and toilet worked. And the staff was great! I always get nervous for my car in parking lots that have a lot of day and night activity. But you can request to park right in front of your room, and the area is well lit. I never felt unsafe.”

Property is not well-maintained- elevator was broken, shower dripped, no warm water, breakfast was completely wiped out, no cleaning services with 3 night stay, uncomfortable beds More importantly, safety is a major concern. The hotel property is located behind a convenience store that was well beyond shady. Cars at all gas pump, but no one pumping/buying any gas all night. People walking back and forth between various cars, behind the store, and across the back parking lot to...

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“Riscaldamento non funzionante in modo appropriato. Era preimpostato un limite alla temperatura massima della camera, decisamente troppo bassa per l'inverno. Risultato camera fredda per tutta la notte e soggiorno decisamente poco confortevole.”

“The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great insulation. With it being right by Hwy 40, I did hear any noise whatsoever from outside.”

“Staff overnight is awesome and friendly and helpful and super professional (African American with dreadlocks). The room accommodations are poor. There are very noisy trains which pass through all hours of the night which interrupt sleep significantly. The beds are quite uncomfortable. The parking is outrageous ($20 a night). I would not stay there again due to the trains and uncomfortable beds.”
