“I have nothing but praise for the process start to finish and the room was clean & I think the AC kicked on when I entered..SET UP THAT WAY ? Stayed comfortable and used stairs & elevators to side entrance, wonderfull. Saw the snacks by front desk. Maybe a wine and cheese hour would be nice! Sarcasm intended..Good job all.”

“L'hotel è bellissimo, curato e molto pulito. I letti sono comodissimi, le stanze in pieno inverno sono belle calde. All'interno dell'Hotel c'è sia un bar che un piccolo ristorante dove si può pranzare o cenare ed il cibo è buono. Prezzo onesto e più ergonomico che New York . La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona e abbondante. I punti a sfavore di questo posto per me sono stati solo 2. 1. Non è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, la metro non è raggiungibile a piedi, dovrete avere...

“Room was clean and neat. Went in Jun 2026 it appears that the building is undergoing remodeling. The pool was closed, fitness center was closed and one of the elevators was out of order. Plently of parking with convenient entrances. They provided complimentary refreshments in the morning such as muffins and juice. Full breakfast was not a option available at the time of the visit. Staff were pretty friendly. Nothing bad to say.”

“Vergognosi hanno preso un deposito di 400 dollari all arrivo e alla partenza non hanno rimesso il credito mi sono ritrovato in aeroporto senza soldi nella carta e dopo averli contattati mi hanno risposto che il credito sottratto lo rimetteranno non prima di tre giorni ho spiegato che quei soldi mi servivano mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia l hotel lo sconsiglio non è affatto comodo per visitare new York ”

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!”
