“The room was very clean and comfortable! The neighbourhood was safe and calm. Our airline had lost our luggage, and Euphran, the manager of the property, was incredibly helpful and so lovely! We do not speak arabic so he helped us communicate with everyone involved and successfully got us our luggage back :)”

“We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...

“non abbiamo avuto le camere che avevamo scelto, mi serviva il frigo per mettere i miei farmaci ma non funzionava, il bagno non aveva la corretta manutenzione, usciva cattivo odore dai sifoni, le finestre rimanevano aperte perchè le maniglie non funzionavano. bisognerebbe attenzionare di più la manutenzione e la pulizia. la colazione è stata abbondante ed ottima , anche il personale del ristorante è stato disponibile e cordiale.”

“Das Zimmer war nicht so wie es auf den Fotos schien. Es gab keine Küche im Hotel. Frühstück wurde wohl geliefert, es war NICHT GUT.Der Service der Mitarbeiter war ausgezeichnet! Sehr HILFSBEREIT und ZUVORKOMMEND! ”

“Grauenhaft!!! Bloß nicht buchen. Es gibt wie bei Expedia beschrieben keine Leistungen vor Ort. Nach alles musste gefragt werden. Von 3 mal Frühstück 1 mal bekommen. Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Alles Fürchterlich lediglich das Zimmer gut aber wird nicht gereinigt. Balkon war die Sicht auf die Pyramiden und Museum Gut.”

“ No es un hotel es un edificio abandonado y no hay cartel , no hay recepción, da susto porque está abandonado . Nadie habla inglés y está asqueroso . Yo no me quede porque es un asco . Hice el reclamo a Hotels .com pero no tuve respuesta . Esto me da desconfianza para seguir usando la aplicación . No puede tener hotel.com un hotel tan malo y no mostrar donde se ubica , cobrar algo es es un robo, porque ese hotel no existe , son piezas en un edificio abandonado. ”
