“Pool party and nice room”

“7 Nächste, 3 Personen, 5 Handtücher, nicht einmal wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, Toilettenpapier auch so nur eine mini Rolle die nach zwei Tagen leer war. Man muss alles selbst Nachfragen es ist nichts selbstverständlich. Gebucht war Deluxe Zimmer, um die zu bekommen musste ich zwei Gespräche am Rezeption führen und erst am zweite Tag erst zu bekommen. Es kostet Kraft und ist sehr anstrengend.”

“non abbiamo avuto le camere che avevamo scelto, mi serviva il frigo per mettere i miei farmaci ma non funzionava, il bagno non aveva la corretta manutenzione, usciva cattivo odore dai sifoni, le finestre rimanevano aperte perchè le maniglie non funzionavano. bisognerebbe attenzionare di più la manutenzione e la pulizia. la colazione è stata abbondante ed ottima , anche il personale del ristorante è stato disponibile e cordiale.”

Hice el reclamo a Hotels .com pero no tuve respuesta . Esto me da desconfianza para seguir usando la aplicación . No puede tener hotel.com un hotel tan malo y no mostrar donde se ubica , cobrar algo es es un robo, porque ese hotel no existe , son piezas en un edificio abandonado. ”
