I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. ”

“This was very nice, thank you very much!! 20mn from sphinx international airport which was very handy for us to fly the day after. Inside all is a super new, but most nice is the 1st class service of this family serviced apartment. Arranged us food delivery in evening that she even brought it to the room. No really that was very nice to be. Only regret is to have been only one night. I would have found them before, i would stay at least 2 nights to rest more and make maybe a laundry.”

“Everything is as expected and more.. Clean rooms, safe environment, and excellent front desk staff. The only improvement that I can think of is sometimes, the staff gather at the front desk, talking with loud voices, which creates an un professional impression ”

“The rooms were clean, very comfortable. and allowed us to check in early . We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting cairo and 6 October. ”

“7 Nächste, 3 Personen, 5 Handtücher, nicht einmal wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, Toilettenpapier auch so nur eine mini Rolle die nach zwei Tagen leer war. Man muss alles selbst Nachfragen es ist nichts selbstverständlich. Gebucht war Deluxe Zimmer, um die zu bekommen musste ich zwei Gespräche am Rezeption führen und erst am zweite Tag erst zu bekommen. Es kostet Kraft und ist sehr anstrengend.”

“non abbiamo avuto le camere che avevamo scelto, mi serviva il frigo per mettere i miei farmaci ma non funzionava, il bagno non aveva la corretta manutenzione, usciva cattivo odore dai sifoni, le finestre rimanevano aperte perchè le maniglie non funzionavano. bisognerebbe attenzionare di più la manutenzione e la pulizia. la colazione è stata abbondante ed ottima , anche il personale del ristorante è stato disponibile e cordiale.”
