“We booked our hotel with Expedia. When I registered for the room I clicked the option to pay at facility. They ran my card for the price I was given prior to checking in. When we arrived at the facility around 10PM, I went into the lobby to get us checked in. The front desk attendant, Gary, was rude from the time I walked in the door.
