“Very nice stay”

“I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition!”

“There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. The staff tried to accommodate me by bringing another mattress pad to the room for the bed, but that still did not help. “Overall, we had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for four adults. The entire property, both inside and outside, was well maintained and made a great first impression. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure.”
