“I wished breakfast started earlier for early travelers or have 24-hour coffee (I use decaf only) available. If you do, sorry I missed it. I had to leave extra early this morning.”

“The management at this hotel was wonderful! There was an issue with our booking, at no fault of the owner, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Expedia made the mistake but the owners is this hotel made zero excuses and ensured that we had a room to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel. The lobby breakfast was also surprisingly well put together. 5 stars for these folks!”

“The carpet and floor were sticky. The front desk moved me to another room, but it was still sticky. It had an old file smell on the carpets. I just left. I asked for my money back, but they didn’t give it to me. I left and found another place across town. I couldn't tolerate the smell and the old furniture there.”

“Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

“The staff was extremely polite and always ready to assist with anything needed. The room was very clean and well-presented, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.”

“Most rooms smell wet other then that it’s a pretty cool and reasonably priced hotel I’ve stayed here like 4/5 times the worst problem is that you probably will have to keep going to the front desk to reactivate the keycard staff is sweet but as for when you get DoorDash or uber make sure to pay extra attention most drivers will leave your bags in the front and won’t call”

“This was the worst hotel we ever tried to stay in got there checked in went to our room the room was trashed and had to use the stairs Elevator didn’t work we got another room this one only had sheets on it no pillow cases no blankets it looked like where someone would stay if you wanted to buy drugs or rent a hooker I cried in the parking lot i was so scared luckily we was able to get another room at there baumont hotel next door we are going to try and get our money back through PayPal I do...

“The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...

“Decent, inexpensive hotel. Not very fancy. Good for just sleeping. The lobby is locked most of the time, they do not serve breakfast. It is in a little dated, although it has had upgrades. The linens were clean. The hairdryer didn't work.”
