“Did even stay try to take my money without me even seeing the hotel then double charging me. What a big rip off”

“Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. The bathroom is small so if you are a larger person, again this isn't the rental for you. It was perfect for 2 ppl, it says it will sleep 4 but it would be a...

“Friendly and efficient staff. Property desperately in need of update. Room had moldy smell, body wash containers empty and furniture old. Breakfast continental and very small selection. ”

“The best thing was the dining & bar , the food was delicious & the staff was amazing.The room was horrible, stains on the furniture. The shower head was falling down.The shower needed replacing,old & full of rust. Room smelled sour and Full of mold when we walked in.Floors looked like their never been mopped or swept.Never would I ever book this hotel again.”

“Reservation were canceled by the hotel staff. I called and confirmed that I still had reservations and were told yes but upon arrival they had canceled all reservations due to over booking. I did not receive a call or email informing me of the cancellation.”
