“The best clean rooms floors kitchen smells good”

“We arrived in town for a sporting event. We was running behind. At 8:30 pm we get a call about us still hadn’t checked in yet. While the staff member was nice I just thought it was odd to call and check. Told her we would be about 10pm. We arrive at the property a little before. We wait 15 mins till someone finally showed up. They while checking in we was hit with a $100 damage deposit. Was not informed by hotel or Expedia before hand. Very disappointed in both this was not stated. Have stayed...

It was about 10:30 pm when we got there and TV would not work. Only thing was plugged in ??? Wasn't going to worry about calling someone again to fix. Size was good and bathroom was fine.”
