“we reserve 2 rooms for a wedding, one for the bride and one for me as the groom, we arrived at 2am to check in and when we got to the bride's room the door wouldn't open, we went to the reception and they changed the key and when we got in it didn't work. security came to open it for us because the door was locked from the inside. in the end we got in even though the bride was already afraid to sleep in the room which had a locked door from the inside. it was 3am before the situation with the...

“The look of the hotel is very unique. If you like an old fashion feel it's the hotel for you. Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the windows are as old fashioned as the look of the hotel so being so close to the Riverwalk it can get quite noisy at night. We used the laundry which unfortunately does not accept foreign credit cards. Without the staff help we wouldn't have been able to do the washing.”

“Staff was super friendly in making sure we got a nice room to fit our needs and again several hours after check out when we realized we had left our laptop behind they made sure we got reunited with it in a timely manner.”
