“The property is amazing. The walk in coffee shop unfortunately guilts/shames you into to tipping a min of 20%, even if you just order a bottle of water. The big screen they turn around for you to pay that makes you select a tip or not is irritating as everyone behind you can see if you tip. If I order my food and I am standing, I am not tipping.. those staff get a non-tipped wage. Get rid of the tip shakedown …”

“I appreciated having laundry facilitates on site. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. We were concerned about the number of homeless people in the area, but i don't think there's a place in Anchorage you can get away from that. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.”
