“I had high expectations for this resort based on its reputation and beautiful location, but the guest service experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room was not serviced to the standard expected for a resort of this caliber, and it often felt difficult to get basic issues addressed. The biggest problem was communication. Guest Services almost never answered the phone. When calls went unanswered, the voicemail mailbox was full, making it impossible to leave a message...

“This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .”

“Super cozy log cabin equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ drive from Seward and very close to Exit Glacier. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and always available for anything I needed. I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the experience. Highly recommended!”

The attached restaurant next-door has the very best crab legs I’ve ever had. The service was phenomenal too. Be sure and order the breakfast in the morning. It’s homemade and very tasty.
