“This had to be the worst check ever at a hotel. I booked through Expedia and PAID through Expedia I arrived at the hotel a little after 11 PM. The door was locked I could not get in. “when i arrived i received a nasty hotel room. The tub had not been cleaned and had pubic hairs all over it from someone else. The sheets were nasty and dirty with pubic hair on them floors was filthy black I was given another room when getting ready to check into that room my room had been sold to someone else so I was giving another room which was nasty and dirty so I didn’t want to continue the bounce all around so I took towels cleaning the floors wiping down, which was completely dirty and...

“The lady in the front desk was actually very polite and helpful made checking in so easy.”

“Arrived at 9pm to property, just a nightly layover for another destination. Room was clean, cool at the time and accommodated our pet. However, 3am woke up and found room was warm and ac not working. Notified property through link for which I got an immediate response saying they pass on to management. No follow up nor compensation. Just we will look into it upon check out.”

We realized this after stopping at the club house and asking around. If they weren't open, we would have never known how to check in because you have to talk to someone for the key.
