“Hidden extra occupant fees upon arrival (described in a "pet policy") even if you indicated the number of occupants on your reservation and paid in full before arrival. There is quite a few homeless/addicts in the area, it seems their addiction treatment center or a homeless shelter was located across from the hotel so a lot of them still linger in the area. “Helpful and accommodating staff, especially the one attending the breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean, and the pool and slide were awesome. My kids enjoyed it. Breakfast food had variety, and was warm. We'll definitely be back here if we will be in Red Deer again.”

Pretty close to any amenities and only 15 mins away to Sylvanlake..... room 414 maybe haunted top drawer from the tv it opens by it self randomly times. Nothing to be scared of. Lol ;) Highly recommended and yes I will return to it. Thank you to all the staff.”
