“The room was clean but the chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat in and the bed was so soft, you’d pull the back muscles if you’re not careful (I think a new mattress is in order). We only ate breakfast in the hotel and the food was delicious. The fitness center was small but the equipment was very functional. “we had a total of 10 families with kids and we’re looking forward to the swimming pool. We called ahead to make sure the swimming pool was working and they told us it was. The pool was not in service and our kids had nothing to do after their baseball tournament. Very disappointed as we would have picked a different hotel if we would have been told the pool was still out of service three different families were told it had been fixed.”
