“Der Lift ist klein, das Zimmer ebenso, das Bad sehr klein. Hübsch eingerichtet im Chalet-Stil, schöne Aussicht von Balkon, gutes Wifi, feines Frühstück. Tür vor der Zimmertür unpraktisch, wäre nicht notwendig. Nicht genügend Parkplätze, die auch rel. eng sind.”

“la reception non è stata competente per check out , ha richiesto il pagamento al cliente quando la camera era già stata pagata da agenzia, che è dovuta intervenire almeno 3 volte. Mi domando se fosse stata domenica e l'agenzia fosse stata chiusa come poteva risolversi il problema del pagamento, il cliente avrebbe dovuto fare un doppio pagamento? Queste situazioni sono alquanto sgradevoli !”

“The hotel was exactly what we wanted, low cost but good quality. We were there for the skiing not the hotel. The menus was limited however, we chose to eat out where there was more choice and better value. ”
