“Room and hotel were generally clean. Daily breakfast was okay but not much variety day to day. Hotel smells older with a strange scent that tries to cover it up. Hotel was understaffed. Elevator broke and had to walk up 11 flights of stairs. Hotel staff told me there was no assistance for bringing bags down the 11 flights. Luckily, another guest told me about the service elevator. Works well as a safe place to stay but average stay.”

“We arrived and we were given keys for a double bedroom. We went back to the concierge and were told that the King sized bedroom that we RESERVED was given to other people, and that this was the only room left. We decided to stay since it was late and we were tired. When I was given a parking permit, and took it to our car, my wife stayed at the reception area. “The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!”
