“Outlets were sparking when you plugged things in. Light kept going out in desk. Staff needs to better control unruly children destroying property in the game area. Wedding party was out of control. One guy was drunk and passed out, members from party put him on luggage rack and wheeled him around, neither staff member even cared to address these issues. “The only place you need to stay in Ada. Live music the night we arrived was a plus. We were rushed the morning we stayed and couldn’t find the breakfast, but it had to be there somewhere.”

“The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the building was not the cleanest. Also, the pool was closed, so that was a bummer. We'd definitely stay again, but hopefully all the light bulbs, the water stains on the ceiling, and the pool are taken care of or working.”

“Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again.”

“The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.”

The lady working the breakfast food was polite and attentive. Front desk staff was super. I was very pleased with my stay. Highly recommend.”
