“The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...

This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. “The first night I got in at 2:00a because my flight was delayed and there was no place to park. I finally took one of the three empty handicapped spots. The picture on this page is deceptive. Maybe 20 years old. That couch is dirty and sunken. The floors and stairs never get vacuumed or cleaned. The first room they checked me in to was not cleaned and it was disgustingly dirty with pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, a dirty toilet and shower and thick plaster dust all over the bathroom...

“The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu.”

“It was terrible it took like three minutes to get my hair wet in the shower. I have short hair and black mold on the ceiling,dirty toilet, stains on the sheets and no smoking room. Guess what if you don't smoke you will get a room with burn holes in the floor and smoke smell.”

“Room smelled like an old ashtray and cat pee! The leather chairs are missing most of their leather, the box springs have noticeable bed bug residue. The floors were filthy, paint was missing from the bathroom door as were bathroom light fixtures. There was hair in multiple places that was not ours. The place has not been updated in many years if ever. It was not worth the $105 we paid for the night, shouldn’t have been more than $30. Great disappointment.”
