The Villa is independent with its own access and external spaces. It comprises of a lounge, a kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds for a total of 4 beds. 2 bathrooms with shower, covered patio with a spacious illuminated garden, independent swimming pool, barbecue area and large play area. The property is only 5 minutes by car to Fertilia that is a small Village where to find some restaurants and a market. The villa is located close to the most beautiful beaches of Alghero and only 6 km from Alghero.
ADVANTAGES: At the owner's expense, the price includes: electricity, gas, water, initial and final cleaning, FREE INTERNET Wi-Fi, cot and high chair for the little ones. In the absence of water, the Villa has a water reserve. The property is accessed via an electric gate with remote control opening . The external lighting turns on and off automatically at the programmed time. It is also equipped with a sun sheltered parking space and a barbecue area. A part of the garden is used as a play area for the little ones and also for adults, with a swing and a big jump. The swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 30th.
THE BEDS are 4, it is possible to add a 5 place through a sofa bed. Promptly notify the owner of any changes in the number of guests prior to arrival. A surcharge may be applied for the additional guest.

La Villa è indipendente e si compone di salone, cucina, 1 camera con letto matrimoniale e 1 camera con 2 letti singoli per un totale di 4 posti letto. 2 bagni con doccia, veranda coperta, grande giardino illuminato, piscina indipendente, zona barbecue e grande area giochi. E' situata a ridosso delle più belle spiagge di Alghero.
Villa TERMA dista solo 6 km da Alghero.
VANTEGGI: A carico del proprietario, nel prezzo, sono incluse: luce, gas, acqua, climatizzatori in tutte le camere, pulizia iniziale e finale, Wi-Fi INTERNET GRATIS, culla e seggiolone per i più piccoli. In carenza di acqua la Villa dispone di Riserva idrica.
Alla proprietà si accede tramite un cancello elettrico con apertura da telecomando . L'illuminazione esterna si attiva e si spegne automaticamente con orario programmato. È inoltre munita di posto macchina a riparo solare e zona barbecue.
Una parte del giardino è adibita ad area giochi per i più piccoli e anche per i grandi, con altalena e grande salterello.
La piscina è aperta dal 1 di Aprile al 30 di Ottobre.
I POSTI LETTO sono 4, possibile aggiunta di un 5 posto tramite divano letto. Comunicare tempestivamente al proprietario prima dell'arrivo in struttura qualsiasi variazione nel numero degli alloggiati. Potrà essere applicata una maggiorazione per l'ospite aggiuntivo.
