“When we arrived, the microwave is dirty, the bathroom with hair., in the corridors and stairs, it smelled of urine.”

“The hotel was really new and modern, but there was no breakfast and no amenities. There was a cat cafe and some nice restaurants within walking distance and close access to Highway 7.”

“They are changing management so it was a lot they did not accommodate but I let it slide I should be credited for some of it being I stay a month there”

“The room was very clean, but the parking lot was extremely full, and there was almost no space to park. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy. A more polite and respectful response would have been appreciated.”
