In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. ”

“This was a great place for overnight, as I had surgery so early and it was so nice to be close to Henry Ford Rochester, and my 5:30 am checkin - metro Detroit. We received over 6 inches overnight. I arrived on time, even with the snowy transit. ”
