“The property was clean and new. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was usual cereal and waffles etc. It’s close to downtown medical area where we needed to be. This hotel is very nice and half the price of medical district. Will stay here again.”

“I booked this place so i would intrude while stopping by to visit family friends and the the pictures made it look like it was in a decent area near downtown and I was definitely wrong it’s not a nice neighborhood and the 9.whatever rating it said it was for solo travelers couldn’t be more false in my opinion. So that being said i ended up not even spending any time there and definitely didn’t sleep there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!”

There is no dining room, but there is a small buffet with Beijing bread, cheese, water, coffee, jam, butter, some fruit, cereal with milk that you can take to the room because there is no dining room where you can sit. The property felt unsettling, with people screaming throughout the night and strange noises that made it difficult to feel comfortable or get any rest. The management was extremely unprofessional, and the front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. “Wonderful staff, clean rooms, bed was firm enough for a good night sleep. Rooms are compact and the breakfast doesn’t have potatoes.”

“Room was very filthy!! - blankets had brown stains. - room was not cleaned properly ( hand prints in bed back board ) - hairs on bed sheets. - all towels had brown stains. - bathroom had hairs all over. - mirrors had prints. - carpets were very dirty with stains.
