“We just checked out after 3 days at the Raffles Hotel and cannot recommend it enough for a stay. We brought my elderly parents and the comfort of the rooms, the delicious breakfast buffet, and daily tea service, hearing the adhan in our rooms and easy access thru p2 allowing them easy access to the haram was unmatched. This was the most memorable umrah as we came on one of the busiest months and returning to the hotel suite made the entire trip easy and memorable. The staff went out of their way...

“They offer bus service from hotel to Haram I'm back to the hotel. On Friday after the Friday prayer the bus taking off back to the hotel was very packed it took us about an hour to board and because the traffic was heavy and there was a detour in one of the streets it ended up taking us about an hour and a half to get near the hotel and the bus needed another 30 minutes to arrive but a lot of people including myself got off the bus and ended up walking to the hotel. “Room was well stocked with a lovely view, staff were all very friendly and polite. Location is better than the Jabal Omar hotels as you don’t have to walk through the crowded taxi rank area to reach the haram. This is one of the better valued 5 star hotels in the area.”
