“Our stay was very nice. Alway so peaceful up in big bear. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. I would suggest people have to wear masks when getting food as some have no manners and were coughing. But overall a great trip for my husband and I. ”

“Excellent stay!
Pros: Amenities and staff were 5 stars. Everything was clean, great breakfast options, facilities excellent.
Cons: An issue we had was that housekeeping did not come to clean the room when we requested but other than that they were responsive and eventually showed up. Also, the breakfast line for the waffles was slow so it could take up to 20+ minutes. If a parent is in line and wants to make a 2.5 minute waffle each for a family of four that would be 10 minutes for that one...
