“They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night”

“I noticed that others complained about the noise in their reviews. We didn't have any issues at all with that. The room was on the smaller side, but ours had high ceilings (1st floor).
