Within the 1st 3 mins of being in their room my mother had to switch rooms because there was urine all over her toilet seat in her "cleaned" room. Her next room had no TV and the room after that had no working AC in the middle of a heat wave with my dad who is a heart patient. It took 7hrs for someone to come and fix it the AC. I...

“Although the staff members (front desk and cleaning crew) were very nice, the hotel was not worth the money. -Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting. -ice machine was broken - laundry room was not operable - the bathroom door wouldn’t close - the room door got stuck multiple times - cigarette burn and stain on the bedding - pool was dirty (pump was off) - the landline to the front desk was not working”

“Everything was great but I wish I had a closet”

“The checkin staff was not helpful. I checked in really late and wanted to get some sleep they Didn’t allow for a 1 hour later checkout even though they were not busy.”

“This property is horribly maintained, and the cleanses is horrific. The staff act like they don’t know anything and is run by an Indian family. Everything is dingy. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There’s mold in the bathroom ceiling. The tub has brown spots. A complete nightmare hotel from hell.”

“We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.”
