“Beds were comfortable and the rooms had been updated with tile floors. AC worked fine. Ceiling tile was damaged by water in the bathroom and the outside of the hotel needs to be updated. Took forever to check in even though I had paid online and the breakfast was dismal.”

“Good breakfast selections, room was clean and staff very responsive. Shortcomings were rooms' appliance conditions. Staff responded well to facts that the fan/light unit in bathroom sounded like a jet idling for takeoff by switiching us to another room, where the TV didn't work and the AC unit also failed to work even when staff attempted to rectify situations. Also very responsive in trying to do so and then switching us to a third room where all shortcomings of previous two rooms did work.”

“The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside.
