“The restaurant was good and the personnel polite. The club was good too. The hotel reception and the room was horrible. ”

“It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat. A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price.”

Le camere sono enormi, pulitissime e fornite di ogni confort. I servizi in hotel sono di ottima qualità. La SPA è funzionalissima, la piscina è un po' più piccola di come sembra in foto ma completa di cascate e idromassaggi.”

“We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”
